Jason Lamb is a technology enthusiast and experienced programmer, system architect, and IP attorney. Jason has over 20 years of experience in programming and systems design/integration, and brings experience in copyright, patent, e-commerce and internet law, with a specific focus on contract negotiation and drafting, IP licensing and due diligence, and software commercialization. He additionally has a wealth of entrepreneurial experience including startup operations (strategy and business ops), value proposition and business model development, and early stage venture formation, funding, and governance. Jason is a Senior Licensing Associate at NC State University managing the IP and commercialization of all industrial design, software, database and data technologies. Jason Lamb holds academic degrees in engineering (BS Computer Engr – Drexel University 2001) and law (JD Temple University 2013, LL.M. Law and Entrepreneurship – Duke University 2014), is a registered Patent Attorney and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
